- Medical Specialist (GM): M.D, DNB in General Medicine
- Medical Specialist (GS): M.S, DNB in General Surgery
- Medical Specialist (Anesthesia): MBBS, M.D, DNB, Post Graduation Diploma in Anesthesia
- Medical Specialist (Radiologist): MBBS, M.D, DNB, Post Graduation Diploma in Radiology
Age Limit: As per the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited recruitment notification, Candidate maximum age should be 37 years.
